What is Recovery Service?

One of the basic services we offer on our app is Recovery service. You can select from a wide range of options and get a Recovery Vehicle for roadside assistance in minutes or schedule one for later.

Smooth pickup & drop-off:

The TAREEQK experience is even smoother if you add a drop-off location. This way, the Recovery Driver can follow a GPS.

You have the ability to add pickup details for your Driver, in case you want them to meet you at a specific entrance, or exit.

Rating your Ride:

We value the feedback we get from our customers, that' s why we encourage you to rate your Driver after every Recovery ride. If the service was great, why not give him 5 stars and a tip? If it was less-than-great, tell us why.

Our pricing is transparent and automatic. The app calculates the cost based on a set formula that considers the distance, time from pickup to destination, and the service category you select. Once you confirm the price, there are no hidden or extra fees.

Yes. Tareeqk supports multiple payment options, including Debit/Credit Cards, cash, and our in-app wallet. For card payments, we have a secure payment gateway integrated into the system, making transactions fast and safe.

Yes. Tareeqk regularly provides special offers and promotions that you can apply during your booking. We also run a loyalty program to reward our customers with extra benefits. You can view the latest deals in the Offers section of our app, on the home page banners, and through our social media updates.

Simply open the Tareeqk app or visit our website, then log in or sign up. Select the service category, enter your vehicle details, and tap Book Now. Our system will automatically assign the nearest available driver, who will head to your location right away.

The arrival time depends on the driver’s estimated time of arrival (ETA), which is displayed in the app. Factors such as traffic conditions may affect this, but on average, the nearest recovery truck usually reaches the customer within around 12 minutes. You can also view the driver’s location in real time on the app map.

The fare is calculated automatically in the app based on your selected route (local roads or highways), distance, and service type. The price is shown before you confirm your booking, so you know exactly what you’ll pay with no surprises.

Open the Tareeqk app and go to the “My Rides” section from the bottom menu on the home page. There you can see all your rides — active, completed, or canceled. Tap on your active ride to view full details, including the assigned driver’s name, contact number, and WhatsApp option. You can also track the driver’s live location on the map with a moving truck icon, so you know exactly where your recovery truck is in real time.

At the end of your ride, you can share your feedback directly through the app by giving a star rating and adding your comments in the feedback box. Our support team will promptly review and address your concern.

Yes, you can cancel your order directly from the app by using the Cancel Ride button, available until the driver reaches your pickup location. Once the driver has arrived and started the pickup, the cancellation option will no longer be available. If a cancellation is made after the initial grace period, a 20% cancellation fee will apply. This amount will be deducted from your Tareeqk wallet, and you will need to clear the balance before booking your next service. For payments made by Debit/Credit Card, please refer to our Card Payment Terms & Conditions for more details.

Tareeqk provides refunds for canceled rides or service issues: Wallet Payments: Refunds are usually credited instantly back to your Tareeqk wallet, so you can use the balance for your next ride immediately. Debit/Credit Card Payments (Visa/MasterCard): Refunds are processed via the original payment method, typically within up to 6 working days. Partial Cancellation Fees: If a ride is canceled after the allowed cancellation window, a 20% cancellation fee may be deducted, with the remaining balance refunded according to your payment method. Yes! You can rate and review your recent order by going to the “My Rides” section in the app. Select the ride you want to rate, give a star rating, and write any comments in the review box. All reviews are collected internally and are used to monitor and improve driver performance. For more details, please refer to our Reviews Policy in the Terms & Conditions.

Your Tareeqk Wallet balance does not expire. You can use it anytime for your rides or services without worrying about any expiration date.

You can view your current wallet balance in the “Wallet” tab of the app. To see a full wallet statement, including all transactions, simply open the Wallet Statement section within the same tab. This gives you a complete overview of your Tareeqk Wallet activity.
